call up a country that has a refuge camp on its border and say that you are flying in a plane of newly arrived illegals in Australia to the camp and while you are there scooping up 150% of the number (flown in) of refugees waiting patiently for processing and bring them here
just keep doing it until everyone gets the message
sounds like a good deal for all parties
