A person has a "substantial holding" when that person and their associates have a "relevant interest" (a term which widely draws in all direct and indirect holdings) in 5% or more of the total number of votes attached to voting shares in the company" I would have thought that YanGang is definitely a substantial shareholder so should of been mentioned in the report, but I'm no expert.Based on the inaccuracies/ incomplete items that tend to happen in the reports that APG put out, followed up by corrections, nothing would surprise me.

wish I had never heard of APG, whatever happened to their plant at Newcastle? looks deserted to me, think someone is desperately searching for straws to keep the Company alive
