Hi all

For those of us that expect to attend the meeting we perhaps should be considering any questions that we might like to ask the caretakers.

We should be aware that we will, no doubt be paying for a tribe of lawyers to protect the caretakers on the day so we must ensure that our questions relate to the 2 motions being considered.

I have one now that I am more than happy for the caretakers to take on notice and prepare for;

During the question & answer component of today's meeting, no doubt many of us will be listening to your answers and giving them an appropriate weighting in making our decisions. Your answer to my question may assist in doing this.

In ASX announcements the Board has informed the market that the lack of progress, upgrades, approvals, etc has been the result of;

- acts of god - too much water over and under the ground
- lack of acts by government
- actions of farmers, green protesters, etc

I invite each board member if they so choose to inform us of where their own (or the Board's) inaction, action or poor decision making contributed to these low quality outcomes.

Perhaps one of you may raise the issue of huge amounts of time, effort and money spent on LNGN for us now to be told that funds are running low and this agreement needs to go through. You may now feel that more time should have been spent on obtaining GSAs and off-take agreements.

If you all consider that you have played the 'perfect game' that is all I need to know in order to give your future answers the appropriate weighting
