Hi, guys
I've been in GIR for more than one year, and feel very lucky to hold its stocks. With the offer, I have no idea how the merge would be operated. In the term of the SP, if we accepted one of options, would that mean that in future we just hold AGO shares with entry price of $3.05 regardless the price for our original GIR price?
Sorry for this silly question.
Ta.
