Hello Tony,
As i understand bhushan still didnt get approval to hold more than 20% of bowen. please correct me if i am wrong.
When bhushan gets the approval can they also increase stake by purchasing shares from market or BWN will issue shares to bhushan. In any case or both the cases, what can be the maximum percentage bhushan can hold in BWN.
