    If you meant to ask "did the yanks allow politics and stateside agendas to undermine and hamper their military action to the point where they were in a no-win situation?"...the answer is yes.

    If you are asking "did the yanks fight the NVR and Chinese with one hand tied behind their back?...the answer is yes.

    And if you want to know "if they (the Yanks) could have removed their enemies from the planet if they so wished?" - the answer is yes.
