PRR shot up to 42ish mainly because there was a suddne wave of stock newsletters and brokers recommending it for a short term trade. I guess it was based on some TA at the time. Without that kind of booster effect or some other news from the company I doubt we will naturally inch back up to that price level.
Having said that, I doubled my holding early last week. Hopefully I got the timing right. Time will tell.
