The duplicity was just as transparent last time and the regulators did nothing - why bother now?
There doesn't appear to be any interest at all from parties keen to acquire a blocking stake, or from anyone else thinking there will be a counter offer. Looks like we may just have to ride it out and hope that the Sham fail to get the shares they need.
