First step post logging is called Completions, ie run casing secure the openhole & then run a cement bond log. Once thats done they pressure test teh BOP etc, make up TCP guns, packer DST test string, run all those in. Takes 5-7 days trouble free basis. An Operator ensures that the BOP's r working first & foremost, prior to a DST.

Then fire the guns, perforate the lower test zone firstup (assuming its not a comingled test) & measure the flowrate, pressure on the surface. Set isolation plug & then perforate the top sands or whatever they prefer. So 14-16 days in all.
