First, congrats to long-term believers on a great and underappreciated announcement today (for now !)
Looking back at the original Dorado-1 discovery announced pre-open on 18-Jul-2018, the announcement was focussed on the “significant oildiscovery in the Caley Member”. The share price jumped 10c on prior day, closing at 27.5 cents.
Near 3 weeks later, on Aug-8-2018:“CarnarvonPetroleum Limited (“Carnarvon” or “the Company”; ASX:CVN) is pleased to confirmthat the Quadrant-Carnarvon Joint Venture has made additional oil discoveriesin the Crespin and Milne Members of its Dorado-1 well”. The share price jumped 14.5c on prior day, closing at 63 cents.
Fast forward to today’s announcement: “CarnarvonEnergy Limited (“Carnarvon”) (ASX:CVN) confirms that the Pavo-1 well has made amaterial oil discovery in the Caley Member”. The share price jumped 4.5c on prior day, closing at 36.5 cents.
My question: Is there potential for further upside in theCrespin and Milne members at Pavo-1? I have not seen these sections referencedin the announcement today. Thoughts?
