For another $2.5m capex they could extract Kyanite, Staurolite and Epitode. There is no open market for Staurolite and Epitode, but I've done some digging and you would expect to pay around $220 a tonne. At the moment they are sending it all back with the tailings.

The company's main focus will be commissioning the plant and working through the issues. So I don't see them going down this path for at least 6 months, even though you can see the extra bin spaces within their photo library and it would be just a case of setting up a magnetic separators via the Zircon circuit.
