Wouldn't Carrousel have done something a lot earlier in trying to throw their weight around. Might be they see it as a good investment. I'm more worried about the 5 year old child that filled in the Form 604 Notice of Change.
The 15% holding is significant but unless they start up some form of proxy battle before November I don't think they can cause trouble. Their holding was increased from 12% to 15% that in of itself is not that significant. In other words they can't do anymore damage with 15% as opposed to 12%
