question from the minister?

there are law suites here to kingdom come anyway as someone will loose and the blame will be passed. the minister should have knocked this on the head from day one. RIO has not failed in its obligation to reinstate its rightful ownership on its own accord. the money was paid and excepted as payment pre the lodgement. the courier failed to deliver the documents, not RIO. RIO had every intention to go ahead and circumstance beyound its control let them down.the minster should say that rio does not have a case to answer and be done with it. then CAZ will file some law suite to kick proceedings off and the lawyers will have the longest lunch thanks to some helpful shareholders picking up the tab. this is why its up to the companies to work it out before the minister drops the bomb IMO.
