Legal stouse (which I do not believe will happen) will not be between Caz and Rio but Rio and Government. I don't think that would help their chances with future developments. Again, if they wanted to develop "Anna" so badly why did they let it lapse, why no drilling or proposed drilling? Cause they were always going to sit on it to p*ss off BHP.
Now the shareholders of WA will actually get a paying tenant. Rio are the corporate version of the Martin family!
