Joel you need to look at who holds the contolling interests in Polo and KAH , but obviously owning shares in Polo and KAH increases your interest in EXT, we have discussed this several times back in the thread. YOu will need to work through the share registers of Polo and KAH to see how many Rio could actually buy if they did. Dont forget KAH has 40% of EXT so you can see why that would be a great way to end up with a huge stake/control of EXT if it could be achieved and that is the question could it and does KAH and its board care about EXT shareholders/ how related are they? we need to look and see all their connections between the parties and who owns who and who gets what from which deal It is a complex web.. Marben is really across it all if you can find him, he is the master of all the fine details I have found and really knows his stuff,, I dont have time to go into all and in fact need to more on it which i will but you can look back through threads and you will see discussions on takevoers, associated parties, relevant interests etc. FOr my part I am staying close to wherever I believe Dattels to be as that guy is going to make some money so ill leave it to you where you think that might be - and good luck
