So your university lecturers are now suggesting that the descriptor 'aboriginal' is a racist term?
For god's sake, it's a perfectly satisfactory adjective. No wonder some young graduates are exiting university these days with such warped perspectives.
I suggest you ask your lecturer to justify his statement and tell you why "aboriginal" is a racist term. He won't be able to. The noun is "aborigine" and the adjective is "aboriginal". Nothing whatsoever racist about it.
