not sure about the rights plan for Stella...I think what got the analysts furious and the dumping of MFS to the point where it finished 70% that fateful day was King trying to get $500 million by floating the PIF which analysts said "but its part of MFS and we already own it by owning MFS"....so the analysts called his bluff...knew then that MFS's financial situation was not as they had painted it..digged deeper and saw the mess and dumped like no tomorrow.

I'm sure there is a lot more to it though.
