On weekly chart stock above 30 day MA, making 30 period highs, appears to be moving out of a Stage 1 base, was ranging sideways since July 2015, since late Oct range has tightened and forming resistance at 3.65. In the last three weeks stock has broken out of sideways range above 3.65 mark. For two weeks following breakout there was a test of the previous resistance which held and was pushed above the new support line at 3.65.
