Not sure how this stuff sits with ASIC - worth asking though;
Prospectus states the following;
* Underwritten to a minimum of 1.3M
* Chairman indicated he would take up full rights
Statement issued on Friday;
* Issue now magically underwriten to approx $1.1M
* Only 241k raised ... or 7% acceptance
* Chairman alone (according to ComSec) has 9.75%
Alarm bells should be ringing -
