question on 3% royalty

Ok so bwian was a bit of a "What the" ... a trading halt??... What the....
Still a small glimmer of hope through the fracturing process but how long will that race get drawn out....Good thing that PYM has 4 rivers to back up the economics of the company... Although recent positive PYM announcements have been met with an almost negative response from the market.... The SP seemed to be getting hit on by tree shakers but then when do tree shakers let the price rise to take profits??? They sure lucked out on the last pump up...

I do have a question if someone can enlighten me.....

FUT has 50% interest
PRA has 25% interest

PYM has 25% interest and mentions a 3% royalty.... Does anyone understand the dynamics of this 3% .... Is is a 3% sale royalty paid prior to dividing the sales income into the relevant 3 company interests???
