The stock market has a staggered opening starting at 10:00am (+/- 15 seconds) each weekday. It is staggered alphabetically as follows:
Stock codes starting with letters A - B open at 10:00
Stock codes starting with letters C - F open at 10:02:15
Stock codes starting with letters G - M open at 10:04:30
Stock codes starting with letters N - R open at 10:06:45
Stock codes starting with letters S - Z open at 10:09:00
