I can't see there being a lot of money left over after the banks are done to pay out on a court case.

However, I can't see them going under - the banks stand to lose too much money if they send them into liquidation.

They are repaying their loans, they are meeting their obligations so whilst the banks will not be happy with the current happenings, they won't want to deal with releasing much larger provisions of loss on the back of Centro.
