Did anyone notice that EZPW will end up owning 63% of CCV, yet the joint venture that will cover North and South America will send 80% of profits to EZCORP. Why would CCV agree to such an assymetric sharing of profits? In effect EZPW will end up with 80% + (20% * 63%) = 92.6% of the profits from North America.
How is the capex and operating expense budget going to be shared between EZPW and CCV?
