Also it's no secret that ING are trying to sell the fund, and I believe it's the only one of their A-REITs they haven't sold.

So one day it's quite likely IMO we'll wake up to a TH or an ann of a sale price. Given the significant discount to NTA we're currently trading at, the support from ING and the slow but steady improvement in the debt situation you'd have to think that sale price would be a significant premium to the current SP, especially since ING seem to be refusing to give it away in a firesale.

But who knows how much or how long it'll take?
