I agree and have stated there is uncertainty at the moment for the energy sector (not just the uranium sector) that is looking to Copenhagen for direction.
Another issue for the US is energy independence, that is reducing their reliance on imports and i believe that they currently import some 60% of their uranium requirements. This fact alone bodes extremely well for PEN and why American investors (post JORC) will soon be all over this stock.
