Also, if Copenhagen points towards an ETS then the Nuclear power producers will have $billions in carbon credits and all this will flow through to the suppliers in terms of demand. I would think also but not sure that ISR is a low carbon method of mining and thus if that is the case then ISR miners would also have carbon credits which will be worth $$$'s.
