Maybe, noone can predict how this industry will grow.
The industry is already as mature as UK & US, but the amount of debt it purchases each year (200m est) is (probably) tiny relative to total personal debt chargeoffs.
Upside will depend on how much better CCP/Industry are at collecting the debts than commission collectors and inhouse collectors.
It is certainly encouraging that CCP are hiring so many people though
