Just wondering if someone can answer my question any thoughts would be much appreciated. Have made an offer on a very cheap and run down house. so I assume relatively high demand. Anyway the agent called and told me that there are 5 offers and the owners will be reviewing them. I was told to call back friday to find out if my offer was succesful.
My questions are: Would they not just accept the highest offer? so why the delay? Why would I need to ring them wouldn't they ring the succesful person? Is this some kind of game, not sure of the purpose though? cheers
