These are mutually exclusive terms in the biotech world...by its very nature, you cannot be confident of success when biotechs launch...it's a risk you are either willing to take, or not

Ironically, the Oraline series is not a launch...it's a re-launch. It was highly regarded when it first launched and failed due what was, IMO and that of others, the monumental indifference of the Board at the time and the actions of it's American CEO
