Question on Shorting, page-16

Questions:

-several large and sophisticated trading houses and funds went into this boots and all despite the Development Funding Agreement clearly demonstrating the company would be suffocated even in the event of success. So how sophisticated were they? If they were, what part did they play in pumping this to retail holders? If they weren't, how sophisticated are they, when they were so careless as to ignore the massive risk?

The December 2024 report contained a clear and direct warning from the directors, almost confirming that the company could be wiped out even if the trials were successful. They said everything other than don't invest in this.

The shorts leading up to this were astronomical with huge risk, seemingly for no reason. What reason could there be other than the science had no merit?

IMO an investor who investigated the financial aspect of this company would run a mile from it.

Regal holding 30% of the company does not look very smart. What reasons could they have for taking such risk in the face of evidence which resulted in the obvious outcome?????????????
