if these guys "dont give a f### what the white mans constitution says", why do they want to negotiate a treaty??
you cant want the benefits of western society but not abide by the laws of said society. anyone that wants to take off bush and "live off the land traditionally" by all means go for gold, but dont expect the govt to subsidise housing/healthcare/infrastructure. you are either a part of society or not
this is os the disconnect, people want to goverb themselves via theor own laws and traditions, but also want all the perks of western society to be provided
