question perhaps for after market

I have a question regarding this little bull run we have had lately. I have been making quite a bit of money out of it, but am worried that i wont be able to sustain it if market conditions return to normal. I am trying to guage just how these markets have been performing in comparison to "normal" markets that are going up.

Can anyone help who has experienced more market cycles? IOW how much easier has it been in the last few weeks to months to make money? Two times? Three times? Im after a ball park figure here to see if I need to prepare to make changes.
