    resolution 4 re. the issue of a massive amount of options exercisable at 4c - shareholders needed this NOT to go through . It appears the vote was heavily against , but then it looks like it may have been overturned via some form of poll ??? which looks a little dodgy ??

    Can anyone in the know make sense of this and explain the outcome of this resolution ?? have they got the go ahead to issue these cheap options or not ? cheers.
