Without looking into the example quoted it will be a restrike. They amend the strike and stop loss, typically they do this when there are no holders of the mini/warrant.
I have never heard of them doing a restrike when there have been outstanding securities, but if they were then I would imagine that they would hav eto compensate any holder.
