It is an option to purchace the underlying security - in this case PRR.
They are cheaper than the underlying - technically by the exercise price. In this case two cents.
If you own PRRO's, you dont have voting rights, get dividends etc because you only own the option to buy into the underlying.
PRRO's expire (become worthless) this december. For every PRRO that a holder has, they can pay 2cents to Prima and in return they will receive a PRR share. This money goes into the PRR coffers as opposed to buying share direct in the market.
