With the discrete product it is not a royalty business model. If they sell $200 million of product into a $2-3 billion market, that is ALL revenue.
The gross profit (revenue - cost of goods sold, before any overheads accounted for) of similar businesses are quite high (57% for Nvidia and 45% for AMD).
So for example, if they got 10% market share of a $2 billion market opportunity, revenue would be $200m, gross profit at 40% would be $80 million.
