    I note that the rights are trading briskly, currently at around 11 cents. My question is how can people trade these when they haven't been issued yet? Commsec refuses to allow me to sell any and tells me quite rightly that Chess has no record of my holding any of these despite the fact that I am entitled to 50,000 of the little darlings....
