Quite simply you can claim to have a stuffed liver, even slightly so, and still get to use Ropren, provided you can even source some. Just because you have Alzheimers or whatever won't restrict you from using it....all your doctor has to say is you need it for your liver...or you could just have a one week binge on the plonk, breathe on your doctor after a hard night and get a liver function test...hey presto you can get Ropren.
The fact Ropren is virtually side effect free will help you get around a 'single use' regulation.
