question re second and third instalments

If you are a holder of BCSCA are you obligated to pay the second and third instalments?

I would have thought if you don't pay you would lose ownership of the shares but would not be forced to pay the extra 2 dollars.

If that's the case there's very little downside to these shares at their present price especially if a 5.95c distribution is coming.
