Well the day the deal is done you get $1.80 in the hand and .2613 of a SUN share for every PMN share you own. Now what the value of that is, is entirely dependant on what the market is paying for SUN on the day you get the shares. There is no record date for share price...they're worth what they're worth the day you get em...btw the more I think about it the more this deal sux for shareholders of both parties...or perhaps I'm being short sighted...we really need a third party to shake things up and make it a bit more interesting.
