    boltons plan will backfire..he has coughed up 40K for his shares and got many free shares but there are 3 points here in my opinion
    1.The transfer to Bolton is illegal as stated in Brisconnects report re: transfering shares to escape the instalement liability thus the donor shareholders will still be liable
    2 The underwriters are liable to pay and Brisconnect will as per contract endevour by all legal means to collect the installment from all shareholders whether listed at instalement date or otherwise as all shares were transfered off market to bolton to escape the instalement thus executing a "fraudulent transfer"
    3 Major shareholders Mac, Deuts and Briscon will certainly vote against leaving only bolton voting for

    In essence are complete farce LOL
