...and this is why the LT holders will vote no. Unilife will never ever get to $46 or $1 CDI if the rs goes ahead, from the get go 1:6 when the original nasdaq listing took place was farcical. Can you imagine after this split takes place what a CDI will be worth if the SP drops from $5.6 to $1 again?.
