hmm rodf . . I know what your saying. Under those circumstances UNS would be < AU 1.5c (something like to AU$0.013)
But there's good reason to do RS to maintain compliance with NASDAQ listing criteria (ie. keep UNIS >US$1), so we can continue to trade up on the positives going forward.
i.e.
new CEO with reinvigorated team - less "imminent" financial pressures (thankfully),
new strategies, goals, focus with 2 divisions,
2nd shift starting up,
EC and CC in a couple of weeks,
throw in any potential (delayed and long awaited) new deal announcements as the dust settles etc. etc,
so IMO the LT holders have good reasons to stay long - and even top up at bargain prices.
It's been many years holding on, but now's not the time to drop the ball.
