    Just got the chance to read the JV announcement. Basically SMM and MIT will own 50% of the project after contributing up to A$98.5M for the DFS, and ARL will get the other 50%. Currently at even at 68.5c a share, ARL MC is $A137M, I don't understand how can SMM and MIT get 50% by only contributing A98.5M DFS fund? Did I miss anything here?
