You'll need to sign a contract with the company if they agree to supply you with products... Say if you have an e-store selling therapeutic and health products to other countries...
However, the state of this company and the continuation of its products are in question...
you don't want to find yourself with customers who want the product and you can't supply... it happen to me years ago when TGA shut down my supplier and I had to face angry customers and loss of big money...
