Hi Teo,
Thank you very much for your post. For a piece of mind, I think I better change my Oz address to my current (overseas) one.

I also found some articles and publications on the internet that confirm your your information, re: exemption from CGT for non-residents for tax purposes who invest and buy/sell/own shares on the ASX.

Just wondering though, do you have to hold your shares for more than a year (as if 'investing' and not 'trading') to get this CGT exemption?
