I tried to work out something similar one full year ago, not PE but share price and came up with 50 to 55 cents with Isabella in the mix.
But that was last year and my old assumptions no longer apply.

Interestingly, looking at an extract from my old notes;
AVQ dilution from latest capital raising;
Aug 2015 issued shares now 259 million @ 36 cents = market cap $93m

More shares dilute the price but today the market cap is not that much less that a year ago. Was a holder for 3 years but I am no longer a holder; sold everything last month at .34

I would buy back in again though, depending on developments. I learned to dance with AVQ. Its price rises and falls and is best a share to trade in its ups and downs.
