This is call management prerogative to look after them self ...lol... pity I though management have the obligation to look after SH as well to some extend.
Did I mention one of my other stock that the management are really great and always looking after SH interest and their only on 100K Jeezzz no bonus and no performance talk yet ...lol..
and the fund raising is always greater than the SP or similar even from SI ?? WTH hope all stock in the shares market are like this ????
