    well its definitely a debt or liability to someone at 30/9/2015 because its in the Audited figures. But its on the books of AxiomKB which is the actual proposed Miner/producer.

    There isn't any real details in the accounts and I'm not sure how they have run up a $17.5 million liability. I cant see AxiomKB detailed in previous reports so its hard to know where the debt came from or what is its nature.
