It was specified on that article that it was possible and IMO, you think it's possible, given SMM has fought AVQ for 5 years (why waste all the legal fees if this wasn't legally possible to revoke it?).
But more importantly from that article it sounds like there are infighting and dispute between the landowners isn't there???, who caused it depends on opposing views (and I guess whether you hold AVQ stocks).
I think in the end AVQ will get the tenement (as SMM can't outbid the 20% offer, like you said it's all about money....) but how long will it take is the question.
